Manage Your Subscription
This guide covers how to view, change, and cancel a subscription for a project.
View your current plan
- Go to Billing and select your billing account.
- Open the Subscriptions tab to see all active subscriptions and which project each one is linked to.
You can also see the plan associated with a specific project from Project → Settings → Subscription.
Upgrade or change your plan
- Go to Billing → your account → Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to change.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the new plan from the list.
- Confirm the change.
Plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade, the new resource limits (workers, staging environments) are applied to your project right away. Billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period.
Add a subscription to a project
If you already have a subscription available
If a subscription exists on your billing account and is not yet linked to a project:
- Open your project and go to the Settings tab.
- Verify the Billing Account shown is the correct one.
- Select the subscription from the Subscription dropdown.
- Click Save.
The new resource limits take effect immediately.
If you are on the free tier and need to purchase a subscription
- Open your project. A banner will be displayed at the top indicating your project is on the free tier.
- Click the link in the banner to open the subscription purchase modal.
- Choose a plan and complete the payment.
- The subscription is automatically linked to your project once payment is confirmed.
Your credit card must be issued in the same country as the one set on your billing account. Payments from cards issued in a different country will be declined.
Once the subscription is active, your project's resource limits are updated and staging environments become available.
Cancel a subscription
- Go to Billing → your account → Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the project reverts to the free tier limits.
If your project uses resources that exceed the free tier (e.g., staging environments or extra workers), those will become unavailable after the subscription ends.
